• Assist in the creation of YMCA programming focused on Active Older Adult interests. • Create a welcoming space for current members and new members to successfully participate in programs of interest. ForeverWell Program Goals: • Active Older Adults will experience a variety of recreational outlets in addition to their group fitness instruction • Make new friends and strengthen current relationships • Have fun engaging in socials and events, physical activity, life-long learning opportunities, and other outlets of interest. • Build confidence through learning new skills, and sharing with others their strengths. • Continue to display the Y’s four character values of Caring, Honesty, Respect, and Responsibility and will incorporate them into their daily lives as their share their talents with the rest of the membership. • Find purpose and community through the programs being created and offered at the YMCA
