Join us at the 49th annual Famous Idaho Potato Marathon and Fun Runs! We need volunteers to help make this annual event as memorable as possible. Volunteer Positions available: Packet Pick Up Volunteers – Friday May 16 Shifts available between 2-7pm *Location: The Morrison Center Be the first to wish the runners good luck. Hand out race packets, swag and answer questions about the event. All instructions and computers will be provided, and staff members will be on site to help guide & answer questions. Volunteer Responsibilities: • Help with participant check-in and late registrations • Hand out t-shirts & swag • Assign bib numbers to participants • Learn the courses and answer questions about the maps and instructions --------------------------------------------------- Race Day Volunteers – Saturday May 16 Shifts available between 6am and 4pm *Location: The Morrison Center We are looking for volunteers for all areas of the event from the starting line to the finish line, and everything in between. Groups are welcome, some positions are limited!. Volunteer Responsibilities: • Race Day Participant Check-In and Packet Pick Up • Managing Gear Check tent • Set up and/or tear down race equipment & supplies • Course monitoring (helping direct runners where to turn along the course) • Starting Line and/or Finish Line Support • Handing out water bottles, medals, etc at the finish
